I am Pat, I am a fully qualified and insured RICTAT practitioner.
I have over 40 years experience in the health care sector, and extended my skill and knowledge 5 years ago as a result of my own gut issues with IBS and having discovered the numerous benefits of Colon Hydrotherapy and wider self care, being able to take control of my health and well-being.
I was invited to join the Board of Directors of RICTAT two years ago. RICTAT is the Register of Colonic Hydrotherapists and Trainers, and has registered therapists worldwide, and ensures it's members are trained to the highest standard, and to encourage ongoing personal development, as well as the regulation and monitoring of standards and practice, and ensuring compliance to health regulations and guidelines.
As the Father of Medicine once said. "all illness and disease begin in the gut". Our good health and well being is reliant on good gut health.
A clean and healthy gut will better absorb vitamins, minerals and nutrients from our food to nourish our body.
A bit apprehensive about going for my first Colonic... the usual embarrassment! Suffice to say Pat is a very calming influence. She thoroughly explained about the Colon and all the nasty bits that it entails. What the process aims to do and the benefits of keeping a healthy Colon. The procedure itself was very relaxing to my surprise and Pat kept me informed as to what was going on. Very dignified and not as exposed as you may think. Took about an hour. Suffice to say I will be booking more appointments! Thank you Pat. I was in safe hands. I would definitely recommend this procedure.
